RFA's are acting really funny?

They keep taking turns standing up and closing. One will be raised like a flower and the other will close. Then they will switch. Been like this for a few days now. The little one on the bottom left is just minding his business being normal lol. Can anyone possibly explain what's going on? Are they dying? Breeding? Expelling?
