I’m a painter/drywall finisher, can I come over and watch!

Haha ... Where were you when I started? Having never hung or finished drywall before, this DIY’er should could have used your expertise! ... I probably would already have had water in the tank by now!

Probably sitting on my couch watching my tank with a cold brew.

I've been delayed a bit in posting photos as I feel like I have been perpetually covered in tile cement, grout, and drywall mud all week. Here are a bunch of photos to chronicle the progress of the fishroom construction.

Thank you ... and good luck! I am so ready for H2O!

The tank is 10’ x 2’ x 2’ ... it was put together from scratch. There are some photos of that earlier in the thread.

The sump is an old 120 that I had. I jazzed it up a bit by covering the plastic wood grain with some of the tile that I used on the floor.

I am using a ceramic tile that looks like wood ... I got side-tracked from flooring to work on plumbing and getting the sump baffles in place.
