Ricordea splitting

Hard to tell with the blue lights on now but either the hermit crab was ticking him off lol or this thing is definitely trying to split off this plug. He’s glued to this plug and I’ve thought of cutting it off the plug but said screw it let him grow big enough. I have no idea but can they even get off the plug when there glued? Has 2 mouths on it.

Its hard to tell if its splitting but I will say a mushroom glued to a plug is a no no.

Some take forever to split and develop several mouths before splitting and may never split.
What you could do if it doesn't end up splitting for you is cut the shroom , basically split it yourself and should heal up into 2 shrooms for you as long as everyone is healthy.
