RO/DI Add-on Question

Most people mount this add-on unit to the side, but as I do not have the tools to mount another unit into stone, I decided to mount this on the front of the original unit. Is their any downside to this that I am missing?

you’re good as long as you can easily get the wench in there to remove the other cartridges.

I don't think so as long as everything is plumbed correctly you shouldn't have a problem. Just the way it looks is different.

It should be plumbed correct, BRS told me to use the anion resin before the mixed bed (using a anion mix to remove silicate from the well water). Current setup is sediment/carbon/membrane/anion/mixed bed

Yes, I can fit a wrench in and while it doesn't look great it gets the jobs done!
