Need help on RODI problem. Lost pressure on gauge. Tested pressure coming into booster pump, 60 psi, tested pressure out of booster pump over 100 psi, pressure on gauge now 25 psi. Have replaced stage 1, stage 2, and stage 3 filters and membranes in February. Was ok until this week. Rechecked all parts, still showing 25 psi and 200+ on the outside of the TDI monitor. Replaced gauge today and still 25 psi.

Did you check the lines? Could have a piece of filter membrane trapped somewhere

what happens when you open the membrane flush valve ??
i would separate the filters as 1 section, then membranes as a second section, for testing. so like rinsing new filters, use the out as a drain, and see your pressure. with cans only. (out of #3)
not sure if aso valves can do wonky stuff, but your gauge is before that. so should have line pressure up to the aso, after the cans, before the membrane, but you don't.

my money would be restriction before the membrane.
hope this helps, or gives some ideas
