Hey folks! Long time lurker, seldom poster. So for several years I have been using Nutri-seawater (easily delivered by Chewy on a schedule.. I know bad, lazy reefer) to run my IM-25 lagoon with softies and LPS. Lately I’ve been noticing some variance bottle to bottle with the AlK, not terrible, but enough. Wanting to install a RO/DI finally and dial things in better to try some sticks.

I bought a HM com-100 TDS hand held meter and the tap is coming out at 300ppm. I was looking at the following unit:

Seems to a have good review on here (Dana Riddle Sept 2020) and comes with a booster (I have a well, no idea what pressure is.. guessing ok but certainly not high).

Question is— With that 300 TDS from my well, will a 4 stage cut it even with a booster pump..or should I be looking at a 5 or 6 stage Spectrapure?

That should work. Thank you. I don’t know why that didn’t occur to me.
