Rock flower anemone

The basic info can be found with a quick and easy google search, but otherwise they are hardy and easy creatures to care for. If you've had your tank for at least a few months and its going well , then go ahead and try one. I think they are great.

I find them easy to care for. They're are a type of anemone tho not a coral .

I was able to capture some video of the spawn. I thought it was pretty neat. Ive had babies appear off and on. The little bright orange one on the left is a baby.

Beautiful love it hope I can be successful with them I’m really looking forward to getting one

Absolutely love them but have only had two thrive for any length of time. They seem to like low flow and the others I tried couldn’t find a spot they liked and just faded away. One was happy for about two years and then detached and never thrived.

This guy is still thriving and will turn 5 next month. It was also the one that was the biggest when I got it (maybe 2” across or so). The ones that didn’t thrive were the size of a quarter. I used to feed him krill weekly but haven’t done it in a long time.
