I came home tonight and my rock nem seems a lil deflated; I know he's asleep, but it's more than normal. Did a water change :P
I read that nems tend to do this once a month or so; it look alright to you guys?

I've had mine since 2014 and this is a regular routine. Most nem species do this from time to time.

I have a few of them. One tends to look like that about half the time. It's very healthy though.

Rock nems are drama Queens, I have one right now that Is always looking just fine and it's the only one that never freaks out. The rest of them will act like they're dying at the slightest irritation that doesn't even bother anything else in my systems. So it's fine yours looks totally normal :)
