My rodi is working great and reading 0 tds but my sediment filter (first chamber) is turning brown after approx 60 gallons. Does that mean my water source is bad or has a lot of copper/iron in it? Having to change it like way to often....

Brown doesnt matter, it's just sediment . You will know when to change it by pressure drop.
