Just changed DI resin

What is your water pressure? My guess is it is low, and you would see large improvements using a booster pump.

After sediment and carbon filters I have 35psi. Not for sure before filters

Agree....pressure is too low....you'll need a booster pump. At pressure, a good membrane should be producing 98+% rejection.

The other potential issue, and more common with well water, is the rapid depletion of DI resin from carbon dioxide in the water. You will first need to eliminate the CO2 by bubbling, and then passing through the DI. There are a couple of options with this.
