RODI shower head setup

For the benefit of the group, I purchased these two items to connect my RODI unit to a standard shower head. Works well and doesn’t leak.

If brass leached anything it’s before the rodi, wouldn’t the RODI filter it out ?

It's fine before rodi. My entire house is plumbed in copper with brass valves

Bad for what?

I believe they think this is for the tank and not a shower.... thats why brass would be bad




But my thing is, why?
Seems super wasteful with the rejection rates on RODI units vs getting a proper home filter
