RODI shut off ...help please.

So I have this BRS 6 stage 75gpd RODI, i i stalled a float switch on the container which will shut off the flow to the clean RODI water but the waste water keeps running. I imagine i have the automatic shut off valve plumbed incorrectly but this is the first time ive installed one to shut off when the container is full. Im going to attempt to attatch some photos. If anyone can educate me more on this it would be greatly aporeciated.
