Rose tip anemone help!!!

It looks like it's dying ? I attached a pic. What should I do please help. It looks horrible.

Water parameters? How long has the tank been running? How long have you had the nem? Was the nem healthy when you purchased it?

My tanks been up a year now. It seemed to be healthy at the store and I traded an anemone for this one. My old anemone was doing fantastic so I know it's not my water. Idk what to do

Only 5 days. It looked good for a day or two and now it looks horrible. I changed its position and try to feed it nothing is working. :( it has such beautiful color I'm so mad

So the anemone you traded for, it was living successfully in this same system, you removed it, traded it for this new one, correct?

Did you inspect the foot for any damage ???
Is the mouth gaping, had to see in pic ???
