Hi all, I have a Royal Flasher Wrasse in QT. Today is her 3rd day in QT, she did eat a little yesterday but stayed in the pvc tube until today. She's out but not very active, I did feed her some metroplex yesterday. And there's a faded white part on her shoulder. Not sure what's going on. I do have copper power, metroplex, prazipro, ich-x SW and methylene blue on hand. Please let me know if there's anything wrong with her and how should I treat her. Thanks a lot.

Pull off metro and use only if necessary and has to be administered by weight ).5gm) and makes food taste bitter. Prazi is for flukes and other meds mentioned will not do anything.
Is fish breathing normal or labored?
Cant see faded white area mentioned - Please provide video using same bright light.
Any other fish intimidating it?

She's not breathing normal, no one intimidating her, now she's just floating on top part of the tank.
Current state of the wrasse:

I could see rapid/deep breathing in the video. Does the water test good and is there good aeration?

In the photos, I can see the lesion on its side - that looks like an injury, but internal Uronema infections cause angled lesions like this as well.
