So, the XR15s are mounted and looking great. I found that my algae issue is linked to a higher phosphate, currently at 0.32. Woorking on lowering that with NoPox. Did a deep clean and continuing to dose NoPox daily to help control and the cyano is barely coming back. My tank is in the best spot it has been in in a while, I just want to get things right so I can jump into the acro game. All I really want are like 15 solid acros going, but I'm sure that wont be enough. To also help with my phosphates I have a BRS dual reactor on order (currently out of stock) to run GFO.
@drcole what generation are your Radions? I have G4 and control them with a WXM module through my Apex. Neptune just announced that they are going to stop making the WXM so yesterday I bought a spare backup module just in case.

They are gen 4, but I do not have an apex

Well, tank is not going so well, I have had issues since the start this go round. I am hitting the reset button completely. I have ordered 70 lbs of shelf rock from pristine rock to remove the Caribsea branch. I am also doing away with the crushed coral substrate and going to do the Fiji pink live sand. I will update as this happens, just wanted to get back on the horse.

@drcole thanks for the update sorry the tank isn’t going well. I hit the reset button about a year after filling with water back in 2017. However the reset is going so slow it’s been three years since and no water in tank although I’m working on it several times a week. I’ve never heard of Pristine Rock I’ll have to Google that one. Keep the updates coming !!!! Thanks

Rock came in, I ordered the medium size which I have figured out to be too large. They are also a bit more square than shelf, but with a chisel I have been able to form some nice shelf pieces. Package job was superior with absolutely no significant damage or breakage. Overall happy, will definitely need to cure rock though, I just have to get to a happy size with aquascaping before I do that. Hope to keep this updated as it is my last go per the boss.

Working on breaking the rock down to get to a size easier to work with. Aquascaping this tank is tough, maybe I need a bigger size?? lol

@drcole I would like to see pictures of your rockscapes and the one you choose. I bought 70 pounds of dry Pukani 4-1/2 years ago when BRS still sold Pukani. Very very porous but you can’t find it for sale anymore.

It's been a little while but this is what I have come up with. Would love any suggestions. My main purpose was to be more concerned about the top view as that will be where the light is obviously coming from.
