RSR 350 lighting help? Xr30 g3 sufficient? Other ideas?

I’m planning for this to be a sps heavy mixed reef.

Ideally I would love to do 3-4 kessil 360x’s but that is currently cost prohibitive right now.

I was offered a deal for $750 for 2 Radion xr30 g3 (used for 3 years), mp40, and a bunch of apex (classic) components. Would this lighting be sufficient? (I’m not a fan of the disco ball so I’d likely need a diffuser.

$750 is the top of my lighting budget currently, any suggestions or alternative things to consider for this?
