Is there a safe way to get rid of this cloudiness. I know I have asked already.

It just drives me nuts and I cannot afford a UV sterilizer at the moment

That’s not cheap though.
Woot! +1 on CaribeSea clarifier!

A tiny packet of it came with a our live sand.
This was more than enough to clear the ridiculous fog that the sand made even after over an hour of rinsing.

I would buy the smallest package of live sand available at the LFS just to get the clarifier packet.
