Oh most rvs run both 12vdc and 120vac. I can grab pictures tomorrow.

I test mine using the built-in test button and then move it near a small source of unlit gas to check if it alarms. I also check expiration dates regularly.

I test my detectors once a month with a tiny puff of unlit butane from a lighter refill, keeping plenty of airflow so things stay safe. It gives me peace of mind without turning it into a big project.
