Sailfin tang. most over looked tang?

I have had my sailfin for 5 months and he is easily one of my favorite fish. He is always out, beautiful, eats great, and let's me pet him :).

Id like to see some pictures of your sailfins.

I love them, but the dinner plate size always kept me from getting one. I love any tang.

Agreed on size being an issue. The oldest one I have seen was 8" and about 5 years old.

Anyone have any idea on about how long it generally takes to get to its larger size. Say 7"+

I've had this Tongan Sailfin for just over 3 years. Has grown from 2" to 6+" in that time. Not the best pic but you get the idea. He is so social and eats right of of my hand. Very accommodating when new fish are introduced.
