We will get you squared away. I can either issue you a refund for the test kit or I can get another one sent out your way. Just let me know what you would prefer.

Nice of them to take care of you like that... There are plenty of retailers out there that would have told you it's on the manufacturer after it's been opened, and then you wouldn't have gotten anywhere.
