Salt...

I need some salt. Red Sea Salt to be specific, the Critter can't get any in until Thursday at the earliest when the supplier out of New York who was hit hard by the storms can possibly get some out. I haven't been able to find any other places who have it, not really wanting to order any off the internet.

If its salt for a water change you desire, switching just one brand this time should not make too much a difference.

Yeah, its just for a couple 5 gallon water changes this week.

Using a different salt for a water change or 2 won't hurt.

Red sea has an alk of 9. Higher alk salts could cause a spike.
