Anybody have the scoop on what SA dropped IM? They just posted on insta they're not meeting quality, customer service standards, and warranty support.

That is what prompted the post. Is there a specific reason? I have an IM tank and want to know what the problem is.

They didnt seem to say much except for the fact they don't "coincide with their vision"
