It is too early to say. I see some corals (strawberry shortcake, tabling acro, red dragon, tricolor mille) on steroids, while there are some (Blue Mille and red planet), that have gone dormant and are probably adjusting to the spectrum. I would judge in another couple of months.

I have not done a controlled study but What I attribute to success with them are the following things - random flow (they really do not like any detritus sticking in between their long polyps), medium lighting and good quality water. This tank is first SPS and then zoa/LPS. I do not feed any particular food for them but do have a lot of fishes....nitrates around 1 and phosphate at 7 PPB.

Here are two small Ricordea gardens...one Yuma and One Florida. Nothing beats the Yumas if they make it. All of these three yumas have been with me over an year. The largest have been with me for 2plus years. It has grown to around 4 inches across but has not split.
