August 9th I reported my doser line had split.
I replaced the split line with one from one of the other heads and promptly forgot about it...

My Salifert test runs out and I replace it noting that the readings are higher then my last test kit by a little.

fast forward a week and my Alk is rising; I have no idea why, its gradual so I don't worry too much.

Alk gets to 10.5 and bang! I remember I changed the doser head... I guess there was a slow leek developing over the years that I didn't catch after calibrating when I installed it. Then when I changed the head, it started dosing too much.
So now I am only dosing between 50 and 60ml kalk/hr to stay level.
The corals aren't happy but no significant losses because it was all gradual.

The first one I got is still going strong no problems. I got a second on Prime days for $55 that I still have yet to setup. I am trying to get extension cords for them.
The JEREPET return pump I got is also still going strong.

OMG! so my CR-10 upgrade board crapped the bed and I ordered a replacement from Amazon to arrive yesterday. still not here... omg I neeeeeed to print! The only printer I don't have a dupe for and its necessary for several products.... I need a backup!

also just had to buy cast acrylic sheets because for some reason I am unable to cut the extruded acrylic without melting it now... I bet its the temperature/humidity this late in summer.
wow manufacturing is weird. Same sheet I cut other stuff from was chipping away before... now it just melts.

I reordered yesterday at the first sign of delay! They say it’s delivered! I just don’t want to mess with marlin more… just finally got it dialed in.

Checked out the tank for the parameters tonight and I heard some water running... was the algae scrubber... got clogged. guess I need to clean it every 2-3 weeks. Nothing bad happened from it overflowing as far as I can tell.

Got the card installed and am printing again! I feel awful for this one person who ordered right before I left for vacation. Its been almost 6weeks. A lot's happened... The order has been mostly done for awhile... I keep failing panels for QA issues. I may take a photo of all the failed panels and put it in the box so at least I feel like I didn't completely waste the plastic. He has been totally cool. I already said I'm tossing in a bucket sock holder. I may have to add some other goodies.
