Ok I had someone come out and drill my tank and he had to sand the holes to fit the bulkhead I had for reference.

Well I cant find any of those bulkheads( there 60 mm in diameter) and all the ones I have found are 63mm

When he was sanding the holes smooth and such he was using a little sanding drum that went on his drill but he was going thru the sanders fast.

I was at lowes and they have a sanding drill bit for glass, will that work for opening the holes bigger or am I stuck using the sanding drums that they don't carry

Well I have 2 different 1-1/2" bulkheads. The one has fine threads and the other has coarse threads.

When i measured them the coarse threaded bulkheads is a tad bigger and when I look up on line there is a 60mm and a 63mm bulkhead.

I ordered ones from BRS as they said they were 60 mm and when they got here there coarse threads and dont fit.

I just want to get this finished so I can move on with the build
