Save Hammer / Torch Corals

Hey all! I received these Hammer and Torch corals from someone leaving the hobby and gave up and treating the coral. They have flatworms, and aiptasia.

I’ve set up a 13 gallon QT tank for the coral. I plan on fragging some of the larger pieces. I’ve been manually removing any aiptasia, flatworms I’ve seen.

What else can I do to help the coral get better? What should I feed them? ( I have reefroids, reef chili, benepets, frozen food.)

That small bleached torch... is that brown junk coming off the back? Might be bad!
I would be smashing all those vermetids also.

When you say flatworm are you talking about euphyllia eating? or red planaria? I am guessing you mean EEFW if you are removing by hand. If so then look for egg masses too to scrape off.

According to the guy, that torch was covered by other coral and wasn't able to get much light. The brownish color appears to be it gaining some color back.

Yes, the EEFW, and I'll definitely make sure i'm looking for egg masses to scrape off. I'll make sure to get them all smashed!
