Saving my settings with Apex?

Now that I have everything set where I like it can I save my profile so that it could be reloaded if something happens to my Apex?

I replied to you on Neptune community. I get this when I try to save my file. Figured I would put it on here to for newbies like myself.

This works for us newbies. If you get the picture above log in with admin 1234 not YOUR password. Thanks to @SuncrestReef for doing this and the help.
