Acrylic build was a failure. Ill prollly chop it down reroute and rebuild, but took some more frags to LFS +$100 and got this:

I made a jig when I built my refugium

Yeah i should have just made a dang jig and used pins. I thought capillary would be alright since its just a frag tank. Kind of happy i messed up the seams, as i likely would have ran it and had a failure. Just need to get a good fence setup and rip a half inch off, router it, and retry. The modular marine overflow is so nice.

I may even run it as a frag tank underneath the other frag tank inside the cabinet....

Your lfs pays good for frags. Mine sucks offered my 10 dollars for a montiplate bigger than my head.
