Did a media change today. Methinks I should vacuum the rear area sump occasionally. This is an hour and a half afterwards. Still a bit cloudy

Just got a Tunze 3155 ATO Finally! No more topping off each morning and evening. It's not much, so I don't think it was really messing with anything. We use about 5 gallons of water a week. So less than 1/2g added each morning/evening. Will be nice not having to think about it anymore really.

Also have a Jabeo doser 4 chan. the white and red one sitting around I may try to hook up and use. Had it since the 65g just never hooked it up. Anyone use one ever? are they decent or should I just get a Kamoer doser?
Me too actually! My Tunze Nano keeps running after it should shut off, I don’t know what’s wrong with it but it’s an accident waiting to happen. Got the 3155 in the mail.

Got the new rock in. New FTS, waiting for all the shrooms to expand out. Can't wait to get all the new @SBB Corals in, tank won't look so bare then lol.

Getting ready to do a 15g WC and some. Other maintenance. There are 11 shrooms on the rock I have counted so far. I'll update our build thread with more pictures later :)

As far as PH goes, this is just my belief as a guy that only has about 5 months of experience but I think PH affects softies and LPS growth alot too. The only test I have is the salifert so it’s hard to know for sure but my PH seems to stay between 7.8 and 8ish. Stuff is growing very slowly in my tank and I am perfectly happy with that. As an example, one of my first coral purchases was a pulsing Xenia because as a beginner I thought they were awesome. Its really only maybe grown a couple inches in the 3-4 months or so I’ve had it and hasn’t spread all over. Same with GSP.
