I stopped by Austin Aqua Farms yesterday and picked up this amazing blasto. It's translucent pink.

Well jell. Hope to be getting into this hobby myself soon. 1st timer. Class to see the tank maturing. Hats off to ya.
Looking good! [emoji106]

Getting closer. Started sharing water between the tank and frag tank yesterday. Probably another two days of that and I'll be able to just move everything over without having to acclimate every single thing in the tank. I've got two temp probes set up so I can match the temps in the two tanks.

Several weeks ago I installed an CO2 scrubber to try to help raise / maintain a slightly higher PH. While it worked one down side was the air intake into the skimmer was reduced so it began running much wetter than I like. I took it offline while trying to come up with a solution. This morning I pulled out an old air pump and hooked it up to the air intake of the canister. My PH had been dropping all morning and I could see immediately where it leveled off. The best part is the skimmer has continued to run exactly as I had it set.

Tank looks Fantastic Jimbo! The dimensions of the 66 are Perfect

Thanks, I'm really loving this tank. I've actually been toying with an idea once I move back into a house. Rather than buying a larger tank just getting another 66g and setting it up next to this one. That way I can do something different with it and still have my LPS tank.

That would be pretty fun. connect them into a common sump possibly so it runs as one system. you can run two different lighting systems on them.

Wondered if you had any trouble attaching the MP 10s to the glass. Eco tech says the glass is too thick at 10mm s.

They work fine on 10mm. They may be a little more prone to knocking off if you bump them but I've not had any issues at all.

Thanks Jimbo. Debating on a pair of the MP 10 s or Maxspect Gyre s in the verticle on the back wall. Lots of random movement.

I'm running mine at 50% on several different modes and they give some good current in the tank...acans and blastos blow around pretty decently. Once I get my second tank up and move the LPS I'll be focusing this one on SPS and I think the MP10s will work great for them too.
