I got a similar message from someone on her also saying hey reach out to my friend in new York whos husband dies who used to be on here they have what your looking for but never followed through. It just came off fishy from the get go to me.

Go to your email and search reef2reef that’s now I had to get a screenshot of the message. Might help if you don’t delete emails like me lol

Just for anyone confused; if someone asks you to pay for something through PayPal Family and Friends payment, don't do it! It's almost definitely a scam. Regular PayPal is okay, but the Family and Friends part is not!

And for anyone wondering why, it is because family and friends doesn't make you pay fees, but also doesn't let you refund or have any sort of protection as it is for family and friends and if your family or friends are scamming you, I would start to think that maybe they aren't your family or friends lol.

Why do you think it's a scam? Because they won't use the gifts and services side of the payment app? That's not uncommon because it costs them somehting. If you added five or ten dollars to cover the fee, maybe they would've been okay with it.

This is definitely a scam. Same exact story. This person has been doing this on R2R for years. I almost fell for it a year ago when I posted a WTB ad for anemones. Report them to admins/moderators ASAP!

Another scam is Exotic Aquatic Petstore. They are associated with Active Shippers who is another scam . Names include Todd Dotson, Grace Morgan, Virginia Dempsey and Jessie .
