Schematic for saltwater mixing station?

Is there a place where I can go to get a schematic of a saltwater mixing station? I currently mix my saltwater by filling up a 43 gallon trash bin with RODI water. I then add the salt mixture and mix using a paint-mixing paddle on a cordless drill. The best systems seem to be those that contain two containers. The one on the left contains a reservoir of RODI water and the tank on the right is the one where the mixing takes place. Both tanks are plumbed together. It appears as if an external DC pump is valved in such a manner as to allow it to do multiple things. In one configuration, it pumps fresh RODI water from the left tank into the right tank. In a second configuration, the pump recirculates water in the right-hand tank to mix the salt mixture with the RODI water. In a third configuration, the pump can be used to send the saltwater mixture to the system display tank(s) or sump after the display tank system has been drained of a certain amount of used saltwater.

A couple of questions on this:

1. What size and brand of containers would you guys recommend for a saltwater mixture setup?
2. What pump would you guys recommend? I am thinking about an Iwaki MD-40RT from BRS.

One final question: Is there a system available that takes this one step further? In other words, is there a system that automatically drains off a set amount of water from the display tank system and then sends over the same amount of fresh saltwater mixture to replace it? I don't want to use the Neptune Systems peristaltic pump setup, because it removes water and replaces it simultaneously. I want to remove water first, then add fresh saltwater mixture.
