Hi All

Yesterday I received 2 Aussie scoly by a 24 hours bus drive , packing was good and heat was not bad in general in my country normally there should not be an issue

I have SPS conditions SPS + LPS TANK
Parameter fixed , temp fixed, 1 year old tank with growing acros and millieoporas , acan lords etc

Tank 400 liters ,40 liter weekly water change with AWC every hour 24/7

Salinity 35ppt 1.026
KH 7.8
CA 430
MG 1440
NO3 1-3ppm
PO4 0,04-0,03ppm
Temp 25,5 C

all above fixed for months!

Tank parameters I received the animals
Salinity 1.025
KH 7.8
CA 430
MG 1380
NO3 5-10ppm
PO4 0-0,03ppm
Temp 25C

Anyway I received the pack at home around 14:00 and dip them with revive 10 minutes

Then I put them in the tank their mouth was open but no flesh receding. Plan was feeding them at night as I do with my other scoly

Here is just after they arrived
1 new war paint and 1 bleeding apple. You can see my war paint as well.

After that at midnight tried to feed reef roids but no reaction anyway I pumped some roids (maybe a bit more) from the mouth. After 30 min I checked and see specially bleeding apple flesh flying near skeleton :( after 30 min I moved both to corner for less flow and less light

I need help if they can come back?
My old scoly was showing skeleton but not like this I made idonine baths couple of time and feeding low light low flow solved the problem it is healthy now

Just put in tank photo ,Left side bleeding apple new the other my old scoly , btw my old scoly placed with angle I think need to make him more flat?

That definitely does not look good. With the rest of your tank looking healthy you shouldn't have any problems with a scoly. As other poster commented you should contact seller.
