Feed more frozen cubes, you need nitrate. At night time if it happens to have feeders out give it a few mysis shrimp. That is rough shape though, I doubt it will have a feeding response.

I've brought back one that only had a dine. Size piece of flesh left on it. It was prob 4 inches diameter when it was healthy and full. Spot feed phyto and meat a few times a week. It might make it. I'm also stubborn and wont give up though. Took a few months, but I brought it back to full.

I’m going to be dosing nitrate going forward, but until it arrives I’ll be adding more cubes to the rotation. He doesn’t put out feeders during the day, but I see some at night. I’ll feed it some mysis and maybe reef roids.

Be careful dosing nitrate. Even though your not registering on a test kit, 5 fish and feedings should be sufficient. Make sure it's not blasted with light and flow. I would recommend an iodine dip. Do not try to feed it unless you see a feeding response.
