Scoly not doing well

My Scoly has been looking like this for 2 weeks and now seems to be receding had 2 micros that RTNd around the same time I also have a Dino outbreak could that be causing the problem parameters have not changed in the tank had the Scoly for abou 4 months now

Reason seems to be the presence of dinoflagellates. Siphon up and reduce white light intensity or time whites are on and add 1ml of 3% peroxide at night forba week. Clean filters daily. If not going away after day 2, you will have to resort to blackout

Thanks is this 1ml per 10 gal or just1ml?
