Do you have the same article w/ brand names? Given the $75k/year spend, what did you go with and why? :)

Sea salt companies are REALLY protective of their brands. I actually first wrote this article under a pseudonym AND obscured the salt brands I tested. Because the tests were informal, and not through certified methods, I decided not to release the product names. I can say that Brand B is out of production and we went back to A.

May I dare ask what brand A is?
Sorry - because my testing was done without peer review, and because the stakes are so high for these companies, I can't say. This article is more about HOW to test your own brand of salt, not the actual results.
