Second DOS quietdrive issue

I added a second DOS last night and as soon as I plugged it in (using the 1 Link cable into my energy bar) the dos heads started spinning forward then backward - no lights turned on and the ‘L & R’ buttons don’t do anything.

The DOS was in my Fusion app & I was able to toggle them on to prime them and calibrate them.

I configured the first head to run ALK based on my trident levels and the second to dose AB+… overnight the DOS dumped all the AB+ and dosed double what I have been doing for ALK… I am not able to view the graph on my Fusion app to see how much it dosed, when I choose the icon for the second DOS it just shows the graph for the first DOS (which is my AWC)

I have updated the firmware plugged & unplugged the DOS & still no lights & seemingly little actual control.

What step am I missing or doing incorrect here?
