I got a Cleaner Goby for my personal 180 as a way to be proactive and prevent the tank from getting Ich or other external parasites. I wake up this morning to this. The ONLY fish that has ich is the one I got to keep it out LOL The white in the water is just aeration. I've always heavily aerated at night and the bubbles shut off about 9 am.

Now you need another one so they can clean each other. Problem solved.

The fish being as small as it is ich is likely (for scale). Are any other fish showing spots? That many spots is usually velvet and on a tiny fish it would be easy to confuse the two.
