Seller protection

Hi there I’m new to the market place and I’m selling some used equipment. I know there’s buyer protection ie paypal. But it’s there any protect for me as the seller? I’m just worried shipping higher dollar items and the buyer like doing a charge back or something

PayPal should give you protection as well.
But as someone who has sold things, document everything.
Take pictures of the items.
Take pictures of how you pack the items.
Take pictures of the boxed items with the shipping label.
Get the shipping receipt when you drop items off.
Document it here.
Look at the buyer's post count. There is also a feedback rating system, but it's hard to get people to use it. Plus it's changed so many times and all previous feedback scores are lost.
But honestly if someone is set out to scam you, it's tough.
There is no one at the buyers location that can check out their claims.

The post count is there for a reason.
If the want to be buyer only has 3 posts, then the R2R system failed.
If you decline to sell to the person, tell them the reason.
