Seoul vs luxeon

Is there a big difference between these 2? Im on a budget and the seoul are cheaper. But if the luxeon are largely better id rather get them, just take longer to get my lights built.

Well, Luxeon is from Phillips which is producing LEDs for the reef aquarium trade so that's good. Seoul, I don't believe, makes LEDs for the reef aquarium trade. So,... How much of a budget are you constrained by? There are some pretty darn inexpensive fixtures that work well. After all parts and time, you might be better off with a ready-made one like the Noopsych
