I am setting up a Red SEa 350 G2. I worked on this aquascape for the past week or so. Did a little, walked away, did some more, walked away and finally decided I got what i liked. I added the blue tape for coral placements and eventually I will add the names of the corals I plan on placing in those spots. I am looking for PAR ranges for this tank. I have had many tanks and broke down my 250 and downgraded to this. You can see the dimensions. I planned on adding 3 Radion G6 lights because I have never owned them on my past tanks and have seen so may great results from them. After really thinking it all out I am leaning more towards three Kessil 360x lights. I have had kessil in the past and there is just no replacement for that shimmer which I love. I am looking to see if anyone has this type of set up who could share PAR readings. I think My estimates are realistic but really cant use my PAR meter until I have water in the tank. I have not decided if I am doing bare bottom or sand yet so just cant add the water yet. I plan to have a variety of sps corals, but not getting into the "holy grails" or big names. I am going for what I liked in the past and what I like now. I will throw a few Goni's at the bottom with a mushroom garden somewhere.

As always, thanks for the help.

I have a Reefer 350... mine's a G1, I think. The overflow on mine looks different. The dimensions are pretty similar though.

Here's my PAR map. For reference, my lighting is a hybrid T5/LED fixture with four T5 bulbs, 2x Radion XR15 G4 and 1x Radion XR15 G5. That gives me a bit more than what you're looking for - it's around 450 at the top of the rockwork, 350-400 in the middle band, and 180-250 down near the sandbed.

I couldn't say how the Kessil 360X would compare, but I imagine it would be similar.

I'm running two kessil a360x over a 40 breeder. So, same depth, just a foot shorter. I have my Kessils intensity at 85% and I get around 200-225 on the sandbed if that helps.
