I do not plan to use all of these but would like to have them all available if I ever need them

How do I keep the tank cycled while not in use, Do I just ghost feed once a week and change water weekly/bi-weekly like a normal tank?
Is there anything I'm missing?
What do you have in your QT setup?
Thanks.

If you use Cupermine you'll need the Seachem Copper test kit. And most importantly, you should have a Ammonia Alert badge.

Adding Seachem Copper test kit to the list.

Does the badge really work? I see it in every QT tank I see.

Ive had the badge in a freshwater tank and never changed colors once when I was cycling the tank.

Yes, they really work. To read them you need to shine a bright light on them though.

Unfortunately, copper makes ammonia test kits read high so the badge is really your only option.

And the liquid test kits will give you a false negative while using copper. So yes, the Alert Badges do work.

This is Praziquantel so you don't need to get it from the vet if you're purchasing this ^^
I wouldn't purchase this. ^^
Or this one either.^^^
Be careful with this one^^^. You don't want to use it when you are using copper or any other medication for that matter. It would probably be fine with some meds, but I wouldn't risk it with any of them.

Definitely get the badge. It will help a lot.
