I just bought a used AI prime 16hd off of marketplace. The seller showed me that it worked before giving it to me. We removed it from his app and I paid for it and took it home. Now I can't get it to show up in my app, on Android or IOS. I keep resetting it but nothing is working. The indicator light is alternating between blue and green which the manual says means it is unconfigured. Does anyone have any tips for getting it to work?

Download the manual

Factory Reset and then follow the guide

I figured out the issue. It's an older model that uses AI-FI to pair, not the AI light setup under the pairing menu.
