Setting up used radions

Hi reefers. So im stumped lol i picked up 3 gen 4 xr15 pros manufacturer date is 12/2017 my question is so i need a reeflink or wxm to control these? I just picked up a new apex so not sure how to connect to them . thanks for the help

No, they have a program you put on a laptop and connect with a micro usb. The UI is a bit clunky but there are a bunch of youtube vids that help a ton.
