Sexy eating birdsnest?

I keep losing spots of flesh in the night then it grows back and happens somewhere else on the frag then tonight lights out I see a sexy shrimp on it and I shoo it away and there sits more spots! Is this common or am I crazy ? Its a group of 4 thanks for the help :)

The birdnest polyps is most likely closing due to being disturbed. How long before the spots disappear?
