Alkalinity, magnesium, calcium?
SG?
Nitrates, phosphates?

How's the flow? Any other chalices in the tank?

What size tank and what lighting?

I keep my Raja about mid tank level in around 150-200 PAR so not low, but not blasting it. It's also off to the side of the tank instead of directly under the light. I gets some flow, but isn't ridiculously getting hit. No supplemental feeding BUT when I broadcast feed I do see the mouths accept food and it's fat and healthy most of the time.

One thing I've noticed with a lot of my chalices - they like between 8-10 alkalinity in my tank. Calcium sits around 450 with little up or down movement. Magnesium around 1350 or higher makes them happiest. When it gets down around 1150-1200 they start sulking in my tank.

That chalice looks like it's very nutrient deprived. Not dead, but a little like starvin' marvin. I also think there is a misconception that chalices want SPS light. They do MUCH better in lower light and off the sandbed, away from the critters that crawl all over it.

Its a 75 gallon tank and my only chalice but all corals are good. Here are my last water test parameters

Alk is at 7.7 but your Nitrates and Phosphates are VERY high. 25ppm NO3 and 1.0ppm PO4 is reverse starvation in that there isn't enough alkalinity to process the nutrients. If you are going to have your alk that low, your nutrients must also be low but not bottomed out. Too high of alk and you run the risk of bleaching the coral.

My 2c on the problem.

I'd be curious what they're using to test though. Those look like API or test strip results.
