I ordered a frag pack on (3-10) in the live sale. Paid immediately. I asked if I could switch a piece out for something else. He responded yes, we can work out the details later because the sale is crazy(I was very happy that I could do this). I understood this & had no problem with that. I didn't get an response until 4 days later(3-14), saying when he can ship, but not answering the question I'd asked. I sent a reply asking that's fine, but what can I switch the piece out for. No response, so the following day I sent the same message(3-15). During this whole time he is posting in his forum & putting up new sales. I even posted in his own forum asking about getting in contact with me. I see that he was posting more sales. By this time I decided to open a dispute with PayPal.

I didn't get an answer until I made a dispute with PayPal(3-16). He said we can handle this outside of PayPal & he'll make me a happy customer. In a PayPal response I told him I didn't enjoy the service that I was being given. I would just wish to get my money back(3-17). I filed a claim at night on (3-17) because I didn't want anything packed & shipped & get really screwed. Now I waited for him to respond to PayPal.

(3-22)I get a mass e-mail from Reef2Reef saying thanks for being a part of the community ect. I replied saying it would be great forum if I got my money back from sexy. Not more then an hour later sexy had released my money. He said he was sorry multiple times, he thought my money was given back when PayPal took it out of his account. He said he's never done this before so he assumed I had my money back already.

This is neither a bad or good review. It is my feedback. Sexy can reply if he thinks it went down any differently.

The only thing I would like to add is that I apologize that you didn't have a good experience with sexycorals. When I got your pm on 3-15 the message said
That everything was cool for shipping the following week. I guess I just overlooked the part where you wanted a reply to the question too. then the next day I got the message from Paypal about your dispute and money was taken out of my account so I just left it like that. I get alot of PMS and emails daily and sometimes it get over whelming. But that's no excuse. I'll take more time to read them more carefully and again sorry for not making you a happy sexy customer.all I can do is try my best. As you can see, customers that stay patient with me and put up with my delayed replies end up happy. :)
