No the female thread you measured there comes in at one and a quarter. The 1-in male side I measured for you comes in at one and a quarter. Mine is a 1-in male fitting, That means yours is a 1 inch female.
Ok so I need to order 2 1 inch bulk heads and 2 gadgets for the two I can use.
This means I have 1 inch returns and 1 inch drains

It's such torture to get started, only to have to wait for an order.
Order. Its all good. I still have to get water ready and break down the 55. Its going to be a process

The stand and tank is more than 61 inches. With canopy 83
Don't have one now
If you love the canopy, Mike @sp1187 already has a great plan he drew up in CAD. There would only be eight cuts with two different measurements to shorten the stand and use your canopy if I remember correctly. If you said pretty please I'm sure he'd share.

Just got to think about your sump height and not undercut the stand height you need.

The stand is good to go. I really like the height as a taller guy I like the room. The canopy is the problem. At 5ft height I now know how @TriggerFinger feels. I'll need a ladder to work in this tank.
If this was yours @TriggerFinger you would need scaffolding.

Returns, I went with 1" slip outside of the tank in order to use street 90's for a lower profile to the wall and 1" threaded inside the tank that immediately splits to two 1/2" loclines.

Overflow, both sides 1" slip so that I didn't have to worry about adjusting the bh if the threads didn't align in the direction the pipe was headed. Glued on the outside, press fit inside the overflow.
