I've been trying to find that perfect spot for....well ever lol
Too dry and it just all collects in the neck and too wet and it fills up the cup too fast with water.

The struggle is real

I run a Lifereef skimmer and I actually love it. It's simple, easy to control, and works great. I just don't have a real high bioload in the tank so I have a hard time keeping it at a consistent level...turn it down so it doesn't fill the cup with water and it just collects skimate on the neck or turn it up and the cup fills up with water and my apex shuts it off. I need to add more fish :)

Great, we spent time with my brother and his wife for Christmas dinner. About 5 hours of driving Christmas day but we didn't have anything more important to do.
