- This unit is silent
- Auger fed (set food quantities by run time)
- No more food getting washed over the overflow
- Simple Apex program or timer to run
- Any food size - I have seen it run fine ground food that looks like flour
- Easy set up
- Easy breakdown for maintenance/cleaning
- Fits 'rimless' to ~4" eurobraced tanks (NOT official Avast numbers, I may be off)
- I'm impressed

Tank is looking rough right now. Three of my most ‘polypy’ acros have fully retracted and my acans are not opening. No new corals added in a long time.
Nitrate is ~10. Nyos. (Between 5 and 12)
Alk is ~9.5. Hanna
Phosphate 0.0. Hanna. Not sure howI feed a lot.
Don’t test Mg or Ca.
The only change has been an emergency use of a box of salt from liveaquaria vs my usual IO. My neighbor gave me the LA box when I realized I was out of IO. Back to IO with a 40g change tonight.
I plan to send off an ICP test tomorrow to see if it’s something I can’t test for.
Just need my two pink lemonade colonies and my WWC Snowdrop colony to hang in there while I figure this out.

My WWC Snowdrop and my Tyree Pink Lemonade look like crap. All other corals look good. Just these two (3 actually, I have 2 PL colonies in the display). DI resin was spent, 100% done. Not sure how long, but it looks like months. Sent in an API test, should have arrived yesterday. Hoping that will tell me some thing.
